| Class is a kind of institutionalized social organization in the school context,and an important place for students to study,live,communicate and grow up.Learning class is a unique form of class,with "learning" as the prominent feature,important pursuit and core mission of the class,with a strong learning atmosphere,common class vision,mature learning style,advocating successful experience,emphasizing personality development and other properties and characteristics.Learning class and its construction can be explained from the theory of learning organization and the theory of class organization and operation.The generation of learning class is the result of continuous construction,and this construction can be demonstrated through practice and exploration.The author carried out practical exploration and action research on the construction of learning class in class 23,grade 2 of Y Middle School in Yingde City,a county high school.The whole process can be divided into three stages: early practice,middle practice and late practice,and the basic action frame of practice exploration is what Peter.Senge proposed to build a learning organization--the five disciplines,which consist of establishing a common vision,conducting group learning,improving mental model,encouraging self-transcendence,and applying systematic thinking to form an action system.In the later stage of practice,the focus of learning class construction lies in consolidating the achievements of class construction and eliminating weak links.According to the specific data obtained from practice and related interview results,it is found that the practice class has achieved certain results in the construction of learning class,which is reflected in the obvious improvement of class atmosphere and style of study,the comprehensive quality of students has been significantly improved,and the students’ personality and specialty have been given full play.At the same time,the practice of learning class construction also has some enlightenment significance,for example it is vital to find class construction clues from the spirit of the times and classical theory and to train learning headteachers while constructing learning class. |
