Chinese development has entered a new stage.The upgrading of industry and science and technology and the constant adjustment and acceleration of economic structure have turned the demand of various industries for talents to the demand of technology,skills and innovation.The importance of vocational education is becoming more and more significant in the field of education in China,and its role is increasingly recognized by the society.With the continuous promotion of teaching reform,vocational education can not meet the requirements of all walks of life for practical,technical and skilled talents in terms of teaching and education concept,what talents to cultivate,what comprehensive quality and professional quality talents need to possess.With the continuous promotion of teaching comprehensive quality and professional quality talents need to possess.According to the relevant spiritual requirements of the vocational education reform documents in China,new requirements are put forward for the class management of secondary vocational schools to cultivate learning talents to meet the needs of the social industry chain for talents.The author has nine years' experience in student management in Kunming h vocational school.Through the experience summary,the author finds that there are many problems in the aspects of student learning state,class management and school mechanism.In the process of learning the theory of learning organization organized by the work unit and learning the knowledge related to education and management in Yunnan Normal University,the class management of secondary vocational school is inspired to some extent.As the most basic learning organization in school,the theory of learning organization can be applied in class construction as an important basis for class construction.Therefore,it is proposed that the construction of learning class is a scientific way to effectively cultivate talents in line with the needs of society and individual development.Vocational education is to train highly efficient talents who can meet the requirements of rapid economic development and economic structure transformation,such as skill type,application type,innovation and self requirements.According to the existing research results,there are few studies on the construction of learning class in vocational schools at home and abroad,and the research on the construction of learning class in secondary vocational schools is even scarcer.Learning class provides a good learning environment for the vocational school students' professional quality and lifelong learning ability.It not only helps to enrich the class construction and management theory,but also helps the school to make practical significance for the scientific development of class management,student development and class teacher team building.Therefore,the research on how to construct learning class in secondary vocational school has both theoretical and practical significance.In this study,through literature research on the current situation of the study of learning class at home and abroad,we summarize the connotation and characteristics of learning class in secondary vocational schools.By using the methods of interview,experience summary and questionnaire survey,this paper comprehensively grasps the actual situation of class management in Kunming h secondary vocational school,and analyzes and summarizes the main problems from the two perspectives of class teacher and students.Then through the literature method and experience summary method,this paper puts forward the effective countermeasures for the main problems existing in Kunming h secondary vocational school.Through the research,it is found that h secondary vocational school in Kunming does not pay attention to the team building of learning type head teachers,coupled with the imperfect evaluation and employment system for the work of head teachers,which directly affects the work enthusiasm of the school head teachers.In the students,they show low enthusiasm to participate in activities,weak learning discipline,weak sense of collective honor,and low spirit of mutual assistance and cooperation.Compared with collective learning,they prefer individual learning,which leads to class construction still staying in the traditional mode,and it is difficult to carry out the construction of learning class.Therefore,the author in doing this research topic,from the perspective of the education department and the responsible person,put forward the improvement measures of the head teacher and the school.From the construction of learning platform and the improvement of evaluation and employment system,the team of learning type head teachers should be built.From the perspective of class management,this paper puts forward the construction of learning class in the aspects of students' self-management,role transformation of head teacher,class culture construction,mental health tracking,and common cooperative learning atmosphere.The author thinks that the construction of learning class is a long-term work,which needs the continuous reflection and exploration of the school management and education management workers.From the construction of learning class teacher team and learning class cadre team,we should make joint efforts to change the main body of class management,establish students' self-confidence,and establish a common vision.According to every student,every class and every student The characteristics of the work,so that every student can study happily in the learning class,happy through adolescence,and finally achieve "learning" into life.
