The athletic talent is occupying the important status in the sport development of our country. Multi-disciplinary background talented people are urgently needed as a comprehensive discipline. Following Olympic Games' convention and the graduate student increased enrollment in recent years, the interdisciplinary sports graduate students are getting more and more, this part of graduate student's raise question should be took seriously.This research had discovered many questions which exists in raising the interdisciplinary sports student: The interdisciplinary sports specialized graduate student enrollment system is unreasonable, the recruitment of students request is not explicit; The curriculum is obsolete, not pointed; The interdisciplinary sports specialized graduate student motor ability lacks, is not high to the movement interest; After being admitted to a school graduate student, the power to learn foreign language are insufficient.The research believed :1,we should make the improvement in the enrollment system, recruit the interdisciplinary talented person reasonably2,Raise target-oriented, makes up its sports knowledge and the skill disparity.3,Make good use of the interdisciplinary sports graduate student's multi-disciplinary backgrounds and the good cultural foundation of basic skills fully, with the sports this specialized graduate student's raise full union, provides the high grade athletic talent for the sport cause.Therefore this research's suggestion is we should encourage recruiting the interdisciplinary sports specialized graduate student.
