Under the driving of the social development situation, the graduate education is developing rapidly, and the scale of the graduate student in our country is gradually expanding. With regard to the issue of graduate cultivation, the mechanism of graduate cultivation and the quality of graduate education have become the new focus of higher education in twenty-first Century. Educational policy of our country has been advocating talents starting from multiple aspects, intellectual, physical, and healthy body, good physical quality is one of the necessary conditions for personnel training, and physical exercise is healthy body of the scientific method and the effective way. Paper through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, interviews, logical analysis and other methods, mainly from the universities of Guizhou Province non Sports Master graduate student physical education curriculum setting and implementing education curriculum requirements, non Sports Postgraduate sports courses, sports exercise, sports consciousness, health subjective evaluation, body of the necessity and feasibility of several aspects.The following conclusions are drawn from the study: 1. Some of the research students hardly to actively participate in physical exercise, for many reasons, not exercise, lack of professional guidance and no time is of influence for graduate students to participate in physical exercise for several main factors, I believe that through the sports curriculum development corresponding to the guidance and restraint of graduate student physical exercise is necessary. 3, according to the graduate student subjective evaluations of their health status survey found, in comparison with the undergraduate stage, the self-assessment of health status than undergraduate research students below to evaluate their health status than the number of poor undergraduate and overall health level needs to be improved, Graduate said the impact the health status of the main research is heavy, irregular work and rest, and diet, lack of physical exercise, there was a lack of physical exercise is primary cause. 4, through the feedback of the respondents, the demand for physical education curriculum is urgent, the specific ways of opening and the needs of the course content is not a. 5, teachers and students of colleges and universities to offer graduate sports curriculum attitude are basically the same, that the graduate physical education curriculum setting should be, is also necessary, curriculum development concrete form opinions and divisive universities in Guizhou Province with students as the research offers conditions corresponding to physical education curriculum.
