Colleges of jilin province for the physical quality evaluation of graduate students with course grades, published papers and graduate thesis level as the main quality evaluation index, and emphasized the graduate students to adapt to culture localization and ability level, but its quality assessment methods a single, lack of system, flexible and scientific evaluation system.
