| The arrival of the era of knowledge economy has led to the gradual expansion of graduate students.How to cultivate high-level,high-quality new-generation talents has become the focus of higher education reform.Interdisciplinary research integrates innovation,comprehensiveness,diversity,adaptability and uniqueness to promote the development of science and technology and the growth of new disciplines.At present,many universities and related departments are paying more attention to interdisciplinary construction.Vigorously promoting the training of interdisciplinary postgraduate talents is the mission that all major universities in China must adhere to and the driving force for postgraduate education reform.Assuring and improving the quality of postgraduate training has become the goal and core of interdisciplinary personnel training in various universities.The construction of interdisciplinary postgraduate talent training evaluation system is the fundamental guarantee for monitoring and improving the quality of personnel training.Therefore,how to establish a scientific and rational evaluation system for interdisciplinary postgraduate talents is of great significance to the training of interdisciplinary graduate students.The purpose of this paper is to study the current situation of interdisciplinary postgraduate talents training,draw on the experience of disciplinary evaluation at home and abroad,establish an interdisciplinary postgraduate talent training evaluation model,and provide a reference model for the evaluation of interdisciplinary postgraduate talent training in colleges and universities.And a guiding model to improve the quality of interdisciplinary graduate students.Firstly,based on the relevant research on interdisciplinary postgraduate talent training,the article establishes corresponding evaluation indicators from five aspects:curriculum setting,teaching resources,research results,postgraduate ability and tutor team,and then adopts AHP to calculate each.To evaluate the weight value of the indicator system,continue to use the two-level fuzzy synthesis operation,and obtain the final evaluation level according to the principle of maximum membership degree of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,an empirical test was conducted on the interdisciplinary "cultural resources and cultural industries" of the National Cultural Industry Research Center of Huazhong Normal University.The interdisciplinary postgraduate talent training evaluation model established in this paper combines qualitative and quantitative methods organically,aiming to obtain a scientific,reasonable and objective evaluation result. |
