Support And Response: Research On The Job-finding Network Of Community-Youth

With the increasing differentiation of social structure and the dramatic changes in the employment environment, there is a group of employments who are full of constant risk and marginalized gradually. Community-Youth, it refers specifically to these young employments that have a household registration, age of 16-25, no steady job, no further education and also lack of supervision. In recent years, more and more researchers concern the bad survival and development environment of Community-Youth. We can not help asking some questions: what is the current status of them? Is there any support factors in job-finding process? Are they in need of social support? Around these questions, this research from the sociology perspective wants to find the interaction process of job-finding network and subjectivity of Community-Youth. And further, on this basis we can elaborate on how Community-Youth adopt appropriate strategies to enable themselves to achieve positive interaction with social environment.This article was divided into five parts: The first chapter was introduction. From the current survive background of Community-Youth and the theoretical background of this paper, I introduced the research focus,logic and methods. Finally, I discussed the significance of this article, including the practical significance and theoretical significance. Chapter II was the research of social support networks and commentary review. I introduced mainly on the social support networks of foreign researches and comprehensive review of domestic researches, and then gave a brief comment on the social support network at home and abroad. Chapter III introduced the structures and characteristics of job-finding network of Community-Youth. Chapter IV introduced the main needs and the main job-finding behaviors of Community-Youth. Finally, part V was the analysis and discussion of the interaction relationship between job-finding network and subjectivity of Community-Youth.From this research, we can find that there is an interaction between job-finding network and subjectivity of Community-Youth. To Community-Youth, the job-finding network plays the main roles of support and constraints, and the subjectivity of Community-Youth accept or reject the job-finding network.
