With the negative impact of social disadvantages on the growth of young children, the improvement strategy of children's social disadvantage status has become a research hotspot. The research on children's peer communication network has become one of the breakthroughs to solve this problem, which makes scholars think with a holistic perspective. The problem of peer communication and social disadvantages of young children has further revealed the interaction between children's individual interactions and groups, but lacks an in-depth analysis to reveal the influence mechanism of peer network of peers on peer interaction. In response to this question, the researchers selected a large class in A kindergarten as a case study object, and conducted a peer-to-peer nomination method with participatory observation and in-depth interviews to reveal the "truth" of children's social disadvantages with a holistic perspective. In this study, through the preliminary understanding of the research object, peer nomination method measurement and network data analysis, observation and interview supplement three links to the class children's peer communication network for in-depth data collection. The study found that compared with individual factors, the power from social networks has a more important impact on children's social disadvantages. This force leads to some social disadvantages in addition to social disadvantage children in the class. The peer nomination data analysis can not be found;therefore, the behavioral correction of socially disadvantaged children is not a cure for the social status of the class, and the overall improvement of the network of young children's peers can avoid the appearance of disadvantaged children;and network analysis points out that individuals are important Relationships and collective repulsion are important factors influencing children's social disadvantages.Further research will help improve the overall network. Then, the researchers conducted an essential discussion on the two major influencing factors of individual important relationship and collective repulsion, and found that the influence of the main relationship of the individual is the emotional support between the two parties. The influence of the collective repulsion is the trust of the classmates, themajority of the classmates.Distrust creates a collective repulsive force.Emotional support is expressed in the concrete practice level as love, love and trust extend into identity and tolerance.Teachers and parents play an extremely important role in providing identity and tolerance.According to this study, three improvement strategies are proposed: the change of concept is not based on the starting line theory, which is the basis of the strategy;on this basis, positively identify and improve the attachment relationship, that is,teachers and parents should objectively evaluate children and discover young children. In the end,it is active and inclusive, paying attention to the construction of class atmosphere. The practice follows the principle of “good friends”,“the principle of doing things” and the principle of “different” to create a good atmosphere of peer communication.
