Research On The Status Quo Of Continuing Education Of Primary And Middle School Teachers In Xincheng District And Its Improvement Countermeasures

Through investigation and study of the problems will find out the practical problems and challenges faced by primary and secondary school teachers' continuing education in the region,analyze the problems in the process of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers,and put forward effective and feasible countermeasures and suggestions to explore a road for the development of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers in line with local conditions,so as to improve the quality of teachers and promote the further development of basic education.This paper mainly studies the problems of primary and secondary school teachers' education in Changxing Island New Town.Through in-depth investigation and research,it discusses the problems faced by primary and secondary school education at present,makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,summarizes the rules,and finds effective measures and suggestions.The research content is very comprehensive,not only including the age distribution,educational level,professional title and other personal conditions of participating teachers,but also investigating the units that organize continuing education,such as the content of continuing education,the quality of teachers who provide teaching and learning mode and other projects.It is found that Changxing Island New Town has made achievements in continuing education for teachers and there are also some problems.For example,some teachers lack awareness of lifelong learning,lack of pertinence and practicality in training content,lack of flexibility in training forms,conflict between training time and daily working hours,lack of opportunities for teachers with practical training needs to go out,and put forward rectification suggestions according to various shortcomings.At last,the paper explores a set of programs suitable for the current continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers,and fundamentally promotes the continuous development and progress of basic education.According to the current interview research conclusions and interview research methods,it summarizes and summarizes the primary and secondary school education problems in Changxing Island New District,so the research in this paper has obvious theoretical significance and practical value.
