Since the 1980's , the major feature of global education reform is the regarding the improvement of teachers' quality as the breach of raising the education quality, the emphasis of which is in-service training .It changes the ideas of taking teacher training as learning subject knowledge or as the patent of university or specialist institution .The unique status and effect of school and teacher in teachers' professional development have been realized and aroused general concern .This article makes an investigation of the teachers' further education in Yuzhong District of Chongqing by means of questionnaires. Its aim is to improve and optimize the teaching-learning models of further education on Yuzhong District Primary and high school teachers, by analyzing the status quo of Primary and high school teachers in Yuzhong District, for education administration department and organization, to make the education policy and guide further education on the teachers.This article is divided into four parts.In the first part, expatiate the reasons to choose this thesis, the purpose with the meaning and the contents.In the second part, expatiate the theory base of the research and the relevant concept.In the third part, the authors makes some conclusions through presenting and analyzing the research data and mainly makes a good list of the key problems.In the last part, according to the problem, the author puts forward the strategies and counter-plans on how to solve them in the way of further education theory.Through this research, and According to the reality of our district, we proposes the following strategies, dressing the questions .First we must. Transformation the training idea and raising the participation initiative the sense. Second we should rich the training pattern and realizing the diversification methods and the ways. Third we must Optimized the training content to face the teacher's real needs .Forth we must improve the professional trainer's quality to guarantee the training's quality. Fifth we should conformity continuing education resources to share the high quality resource in our district. The last we must plan training earnestly, and Consummate the continuing education control system. The strategies are proposed to Provide the education administrative department and the education training organization the policy-making basis and to instruct it move highly effective.
