The Research About Needy College Students Relief System

Building a harmonious society is the development goal of our country at the new century.However,with the in-depth reform of higher education and the wider access to college enrolment,the needy college students have become the important componenet of informal group of college students,and then the following problems turned into a crux which all sectors of society concerned about.Arounding solving the problem of economic difficulties,the government has been enacting a unmber of aid policies all along,and the community has supplied strong support.what's more,the institution of higher learning have established and improved related ancillary relief system.Although we have maken considerable achievements,the ideological and psychological problems that the needy students encountered in the process of growth and development have grown into the focus of new aid on the current,and it's also the relative weak link for the research of poverty.Under the fair reflection,the paper discussed the existing relief system of needy students,found out the weaknesses,analysed problems,and proposed to establish the ancillary relief system.At the same time,it paid attention to the countermeasures about the mental and psychological assistance.The artile was divided into four parts.The first part mainly analysed the current research background and present situation of poverty relief.It expounded on the significance of this paper,summarized the earlier document of needy students,and prepared for the research.The second part focused on the analysis of status quo and the causes of needy students.By dialogue and explaination, it conducted a comprehensive analysis from living,learning,psychological aspects and so on.The third part focused on analyzing the existing relief system and its deficiencies.Expounding the present situation of support from country and society,it summed up the following problems:the lack of an objective understanding of needy students,the effectiveness of deviation in relief,the assistance environment,the backwardness of psychological and spiritual relief.The forth part analyzed the deficiencies of exsiting relief system.On the basic of the improvement of original relief system,it stressed the relief in spiritual building of ideological education and psychological assitance.
