In order to probe into the employment psychological conditions of college needy students thoroughly and to promote their employments effectively, this thesis, on the basis of theories of employment psychology and current correlative researching achievement, works out the questionnaire of college needy students' employment psychological conditions. It includes 6 dimensions: employment attitude, job-hunting tendence, employment conception, employment stress, career guidance and the else. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are generally up to the questionnaire-making points by correlative tests.Investigated by the questionnaire of college needy students' employment psychological conditions, there are 356 effective samples of needy student and 115 effective samples of non-needy student available.The result of investigations shows that familys' poverty is related with those college needy students' employment psychology and there is objective difference between college needy students and non-needy students on employment stress and employment confidence by the difference significance test. That is to say, college needy students have big employment pressures and isn't confident during the process of job-hunting. The result of the difference signifecance test also shows that in college needy students itself, there are distinct differences on sex, grade and subject. Based on the research results mentioned above, the thesis puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects of the government, universities, familys of needy students and needy students themselves.
