The beginning of the 21st century has witnessed an age of knowledge-driven economy with fast growing scientific technologies and society. Those who attempt a preferential status in this society in case of being eliminated by the times have to pursue nonstop and lifelong study. Therefore it is more important than merely to memorize some knowledge for students of today to be equipped with learning desires, interest and methods and to master strategies of study.To meet the demands in progress of scientific technologies and sustainable development, culture high-quality people and promote students'characteristic all-round independent development, a new era of curriculum reform in fundamental education was unveiled in 2001, in which situation researches into learning strategies must be conducted so as to apply this reform to teaching of physics effectively, change the students'traditional low-efficient ways of study, improve their learning abilities and develop their scientific qualities.Guided by theories of learning strategies both home and abroad, this project studies learning strategies in physics study of senior high school, combining with features of teaching and learning physics in senior high school, psychological characteristics of senior high school students and the author's personal teaching experience. Through research and training in strategies of learning physics, students are supposed to learn how to study and improve their efficiency in learning physics, which may in consequence contribute to further reform of new curriculum.
