This essay starts with the school-based training of inexperienced senior middle school teachers. The present research situation is acquired by looking back on its history and making use of summarized study of many former researchers. Meanwhile, the detailed action is summarized and investigated in YiXing No.1 Middle School, thus the problems are revealed , the causes are analyzed and the essay will offer some improved measures and suggestions to find some solutions.The essay is divided into five chapters.The first chapter describes the background of the research and gives the definition of school-based teacher training and that involved with inexperienced senior middle school teachers. Through a great deal of others' research, the essay tries to grasp their opinions and points out its achievements and shortcomings objectively and presents the theme of the research.The second chapter presents the history of school-based teacher training and its main advantages. The function does lie in the professional development of teachers at home and abroad. The traditional model of teacher training has its own shortcomings by comparison . The characteristics are analyzed to declare its advantages.The third chapter deals with the present situations of the school-based inexperienced teacher training in YiXing No. 1 Middle School. The writer looks back and summarizes and the main four behaviors of the school in the past eight years are revealed. The inexperienced teachers' opinions of recognition, management and confusion on the training are presented through investigation and interview.The fourth chapter describes the reflection of inexperienced teacher training in YiXing No.1 Middle School. On the basis of summary of the three achievements made by the school, the writer rethinks profoundly about the three problems in the process of the training and analyses the causes of these problems.The fifth chapter offers the improvement measures of the training. The essay presents five suggestions according to the problems in Chapter Four. All these suggestions are as follows: The inexperienced teachers should be given enough time and psychological care; Good policies should be made; Good training teachers should be available; The models and contents should be improved; Some other types of training should also be encouraged, all of which are intended to achieve perfect results of the school-based inexperienced teacher training.
