As China's economic development is stepping into a new stage,the new round of transformation and updating,scientific and technical revolution and industrial innovation in a variety of industries have entered a new period.The industry is more and more urgent for the skill-based and practical talents with high quality.In 2014,“the decision of the state council on speeding up the development of modern professional education” was distributed in the working conference of the national professional education.A more explicit and clearer target and requirement is proposed for the construction of the modern professional education system.“Hundred years' policy based on education;while the educational policy based on teachers.” The goal of training talents in colleges should be achieved and the educational and teaching reform should be realized.The professional education develops faster and better.The key to improving the quality of education is to build a high-quality and high-level professional teaching staff.It is the most effective way for teachers' professional practical abilities,professional operational abilities and vocational development abilities to enhance the college-enterprise cooperation,train teachers through the college-enterprise cooperation and especially exchange the post of duty between teachers and the enterprise.This paper utilizes many methods,such as the literature research method,the comparative research method,the individual interviewing method and the questionnaire method,to discuss theoretically and study the problems which exist in the process of train secondary vocational teachers.Through the theoretical discussion,the main concept and connotation of the vocational teachers trained through the college-enterprise cooperation are further clarified.It is believed that teachers in vocational colleges must possess the transboundary ability,“education” and “industry”.Not only the ability of the educational level is needed,but also professional practical ability is need.The enterprise must be place at the core to realize the cultivation of these abilities.The ways and the influence factors of the cultivation of teachers through the college-enterprise are further clarified.It is thought that the most effective way to train teachers of the college-enterprise cooperation is to exchange the post of duty between teachers and the enterprise.However,in the process of cooperative cultivation,four main factors “government,college,enterprise and teachers” have a decisive impact on the cooperative effect and training effect.Through the empirical research,the questionnaire survey and the interview to colleges and enterprises,it is found that there are four main problems existing in the colleges-enterprise cooperation to train teachers.1.The attitude of each party is not active.2.The cooperative training method is single.3.The cooperative training effect is not satisfactory.4.The cooperative management mechanism is not perfect.For this purpose,this paper makes attribution analysis from four aspects of administration,colleges,teachers and enterprise to obtain the main reasons: the training orientation of the teachers is not clear.The interest relationship is not balanced.The thinking is obviously conservative.The management mode in the process of cultivation is extensive.No effective training plans,ways and management mechanism are formed.The lack of the system and the policy of cooperative training teachers is especially serious.Therefore,this paper presents the improvement strategies from the following three aspects.In the process of the colleges-enterprise cooperation to train teachers,the key status of the enterprise,the leading role of administration and the principle status of the college and the teachers should be explicit.In the meantime,the rights,the responsibilities and the interests of all parties should be balanced to straighten out the cooperation relationship and complete the top-level design.The incentive system and the safeguard mechanism should be improved.The cooperation way should be optimized and training mode should be innovated.
