Network development is a history of the mankind's biggest social change and cultural revolution; our society and culture is being faced with new challenges. Cyber-culture, as a new form of culture, has some basic features of virtuality, interactive, openness, pluralism, equality and decentration. Essentially, the network's cultural values and the social spirits are mainly manifested in the deeper spiritual communication, the cultural sharing, and individuality spirit and group consciousness to supplement each other. College life is the crucial stage of college students'self-regulated learning and the development of socialization. Network culture as a new culture, which contains a unique and rich cultural values and spirits, has a tremendous impact on the way of life and learning among college students. Whether students can adapt to network culture, and whether they can be able to properly use the network to promote learning, develop themselves are of great significance to their existence in the future digitalization society."Acculturation"is a very important concept and a very important research field in cultural anthropology. Acculturation is an essential quality for college students in the information age. Instructiveness is the main feature of the educational virtual community different from the other virtual communities; its purpose is to enable members of the community not only to gain information, knowledge and significance, but also to gain full personality development. Educational virtual community is an important space for college students'online activities, and it also provides an important platform for network learning services. It has put forward higher requirements on acculturation to college students. With the development of education informatization, the researches on network learning and educational virtual community have become a hot issue. Through the literature review of college students'acculturation , network learning, educational virtual community, it is found that currently there have few researches on college students'acculturation in educational virtual community, and the investigation between acculturation and its effective learning. However, acculturation is an important perspective for the research on college students'network learning. From the perspective of acculturation, it is particularly valuable to explore an effective learning path in educational virtual community for college students.Basing on the theories of cultural philosophy, distributed cognition, constructivist learning, community learning, and self-regulated learning, the paper intends to analyze the relation between college students'acculturation and network learning to explore a path for training students'network learning ability through the case-investigation of college students'acculturation and network learning."The Second Channel"educational virtual community which bases on the campus network of Guilin University of Electronic Technology is selected as study platform. After the open-questionnaire surveys and the interviews, students of Guilin University of Electronic Technology are asked to fill up the Acculturation Questionnaire and the Network Learning Questionnaire. With research methods of interviews, questionnaires, observation etc., the impact of network acculturation factors on the network learning of students is probed in the paper according to the analysis of statistics, and several conclusions have been drawn: 1. College students' acculturation influences network learning significantly. 2. Positive correlation can be seen between acculturation and network learning. 3. The influence of genders is unsignificant on college students' acculturation and network learning. 4. The difference of students'source is significant on college students' acculturation and network learning, which reflects the effect with different social and cultural background of individual development. 5. The users'type difference of"The Second Channel"educational virtual community is significant on acculturation and network learning, and registered users have stronger ability than non-registered users. 6. The educational virtual community which bases on the campus network can promote college students' acculturation and network learning. According to these conclusions, we put forward some proposals on cultivating college students' network learning ability.Based on the research findings, some proposals for training college students'network learning ability are put forward in the paper:1. To promote acculturation level of college students, including the cultural values adaptation, cognitive adaptation, social adaptation, communication adaptation, psychology field adaptation, rule adaptation, and moral adaptation.2. To focus on education and guidance to college students'network learning. To improve college students'learning self-efficacy, to guide them to experience various ways of network learning and to guide them to master and use of learning strategies.3. To strengthen the construction of educational virtual community basing on the campus network. The construction of educational virtual community is a systemic project, we should pay attention to the following three aspects: shape good community culture, form learning community to establish an effective incentive mechanism.
