The rapid development and popularization of the Internet and information technology, break through the traditional concept of time and space, beyond the regional cultural differences, and closely linked the people with different races and colors together. The educational virtual community(EVC) of Online learning has gradually become the ideal place for learners,educational virtual community is different from traditional learning, the characteristics of virtual and freedom that without limit of time and space, making learners of virtual community easier to transcend reality of ethical norms in learning, for example, the alienation of teacher-student interaction, a large number of interaction not affixed to reply, verbal aggressive irresponsible,learners their privacy has been violated, etc. These problems summed up to be interaction problems of the educational virtual community.This study was carried out based on the above issues. Research articles from an educational virtual community to carry out an ethical perspective on community interactions. For "Learning Science and Technology" Educational Virtual Community, combined with the experience that the author as a guidance to guide students learn and learning by herself in the community, using questionnaires, document analysis, interviews, etc. The research content includes the following six sections:The first chapter of this article is the introduction, it mainly introduces research background,research meaning, research status, pointing out the existing problems and research significance of this study; The second part of the article, makes a systematic exposition to the intension of the virtual community, education virtual community, network ethics, education Virtual Community ethics, the ethics of educational virtual community constitute, education Virtual Communities’ code of ethics, educational virtual community interaction characteristics and essence; The third part is the investigation on effect of educational virtual community ethic to community interactions. According to three aspects of student-student interaction, teacher-student interaction and student-learning resources interaction from the community, the author gave a questionnaire to the undergraduate and some graduate students in the class of educational technology science grade 2013 from Media Institute of Qufu Normal University, from the survey data analysis, it is concluded a result that the ethics of educational virtual community have significant effect on community interactions. The fourth part puts forward the role of Education Virtual Community ethics on the interactive behavior of the virtual community. Combined with the previous survey,it is concluded that the ethics of educational virtual community in the teacher-student interactivelevel, regulate teachers and students’ manners of emotions, create democratic learning communities and change teachers and students’ attitude; in the student-student interactive level,treat different members of the community correctly and standardize interactive behavior; in students-learning resources interactive level, promote the improvement of curriculum platform and normative community interactive content. The fifth part is the conclusion, innovation,limitations and prospects of the paper.
