Today’s society is a society of knowledge explosion.Face-to-face learning has not beensatisfy people’s needs through classroom.People need to know the information in allaspects.Lifelong learning has become a trend.As a teacher, it is no longer just preaching impartknowledge and solve doubts, but to teach students the methods of autonomous learning.Peolewho like learning will keep pace with the times, who not learning, or not identifying knowledgeretrieval will not catch up with the pace of the times.Modern information technology has broughtgreat influence to the education of nation and the school, many schools are applied to multimediatechnology teaching.Among them, the virtual learning community is the most influentiatechnology on education of modern information technologies.How to establish virtual learningcommunity scientificly and reasonably, and to apply to teaching activities scientifily, has becomeone of the most popular research directions in the educational technology.In this paper,the author goes on the strategy study on the construction of social network bychoosing "learning science and technology" virtual learning community.First i introduced therelated concept of the virtual learning community, defined as virtual learning community, socialinteraction, social network.Then i introduced the theory supporting the research needs, such asconstructivism,group dynamics, social interdependence theory, social capitaltheory.Third,through literature review and interviews, i understand indeeply the current socialnetwork construction mechanism, advantages and disadvantages.The author has analyed themembers’studying according to this virtual community.Through quantitative statistical method, icollected the post published data of all students, and arranged these statistics by postreply,members of different identity members post,best quantity,posting period and etc.Thenthrough the method of content analysis,the author analysed all the aspects such as the density,centrality,cohesive subgroup component,faction,structural holes by using UCINET.Throughthe quantitative statistics of posts, we can find that most of the students can learn to adapt to thecommunity and actively posting but many students only paid attention to the number of postsand didn’t pay attention to quality, post accounts of high quality is less.From the point of Postingtime,there are few classmates again log in the community after class.Through analyzing thecontent of the post,We can find that the network density is far less than1and members of theaverage interaction distance is approximately equal to2.According to the theory of six degrees ofsegmentation, convey information need about two middle men.The learners who are in the core position will communicate with people conveniently and get more abundant informationresources.He will be satisfactory in online learning.Through the empirical analysis and a large number of literature reading,the authorconcluded effective strategies for social network virtual learning community from learningenvironment,the role of social networks, interpersonal relationship,cognitive activities and etc.Inthe aspect of network learning environment, we should improve the system hardware andsoftware, learning resources, learning tasks and learning activity design, this will not onlyincrease the density of the social network, and center on the network and reciprocity betweenlearners have improved greatly.In the aspect of the role, by setting role positioning, such as partof the students act as the questioner, so that they feel involved in the fun.It can make themimprove the interactive effect of the whole.Helping scholars occupy actively center for thenetwork, and make it play the dominant role.In terms of interpersonal relationships,to create anenvironment safe and reliable, and to evaluate timely and effectively, can help to increase thecohesion of the social network.In the aspect of cognitive activity,building shared vision, focusingon the hidden network members, developing leadership opinion leaders, can strengthen thesociety as a whole network of information access.
