The education view of 21th century is to make educatee to learn study, life long study, to study for the purpose of application, study creation. Learn study is the basic character of an essential item of the modern people. To teach students to learn study has already become the current in ages and become the common trend of education reform in the world. People only have the self-educated ability to obtain new knowledge and ability, continuously renew the knowledge structure in the brains, then can promote social development. So, the international countries are all reformming for education and teaching, and noticing to train student's study ability in order to train the person with ability of deploitation and creation.Now, our country has already been face a new round reform of curriculum, the basic principles of reform are "pay attention to science explore, advocate study methods of diversification", the curriculum principle has definitely put forward: "To train the exploring spirit of students, practice ability and innovation consciousness". So, in the physical course of compulsory education, make the student learn a method of obtain the knowledge, build up an interest and ability of searching unknow world, understand hypostasis of science and build up view of science value, these as important as teaching scientific knowledge. You can say, this core of lesson reform is the change of learning methods.This paper set out from reform of the new curriculums, elaborated learning methods instruction for purpose and meaning of the research, established main problems and research methods for research, then analysed questionnaires for learning physics methods of present stage junior high school students, from research results, reflects ubiquitous questions of student's learning methods, at the same time, has got ubiquitous questions of teachers in the teaching process. So,this paper has put forward and strengthened the instructions of learning methods and particularly elaborated some countermeasures for the instructions of physics learning methods in junior high school. What principles of the instructions of physics learning methods in junior high school are, what approaches of the instructions of physics learning methods in junior high school are, what basic contents of the instructions of physics learning methods in junior high school are, all these have analysed and particularly discussed in this paper. Finally, this paper has got the result and conclusion of this topic research by contrasting and researching for effect of teaching.
