The graduating class in primary schools is the last year for the primaries to live and study in their primary school, which is the conclusion for the knowledge and abilities got from this period, the preparation for the Junior high school. For there are a lot of differences existed between primary schools and Junior high schools, such as different teaching methods, different living styles, etc., so how to make the effective transition is very important for the conductive teacher. Being a graduating class teacher, who should constructs pupils actively to conquer the psychological barriers, adapt to the changes of the studying modes, establishing better peer relations among the classmates on the condition of constructing the collective class actively. On the other hand, the graduating pupils are all limited in their own classes, so the teacher should take advantage of the personality discrepancies to be a effective vector for promoting the friendship relations among the pupils, strive hard to strengthen the class cohesion, create a harmonious atmosphere for interacting peer relations.Firstly, my thesis analyzed how the peer relations effect on the childhood development and the developing characters of peer relations in childhood; Secondly, I illustrated the active explorations on the collective constructions of the graduating class, the practice background, target, and the measures in details, with my working experiences; Finally, I conclude the effects and limitations on these practices of graduating classes, and give some beneficial proposals for the future collective construction.
