Grade Three of Senior high school is referred to as the "black days" not only to students but also to teachers. At senior high school days, poor students, with weak shoulders, picking up the expectations of parents, are burdened with their own future , the burden of the heavy,depressive mood, psychological vulnerability. We must push forward the reform of curriculum and to achieve education target. It is necessary to allow parents and society to obtain satisfactory results of education, but also to teaching performance to reflect the school level, often at the heart of the struggle between idealism and reality, the multi-pressure overburdened teachers.Faced with education, employment, a series of major issues, A three-year greaduating student is at the crossroads of life. Heavy stress at school, the students and teachers will work with the relationship different from the past, there being a series of changes. How is the state of the teacher-student relationship, how to solve every possible problemis the main concern of each teacher. As a result of home, school, social, psychological, and many other effects of the mentality of students and so some changes will happen, teacher-student relationship will face new challenges. Development for all students, for the development of all students, for society to train more high-quality, qualified personnel, we must analyze and solve all that appears on the students.. Based on years of my experience in graduating class, from the feasibility of teaching methods, overall, long-term, several aspects of the characteristics of the times, I should like to deal with something on how to do a good job of my three final-year students in the study.This article is divided into four parts, The first part is the brief introduction to the definition of related concepts, research methods. The second part is the connotation of teacher-student relationship and the significance of the relationship between teachers and students. The third part is about practical problems of teacher-student relationship of high school graduating class and an analysis of the causes. The fourth part of this article is the focus of all parts; that is how to improve the theoretical basis for teacher-student relationship and suggestions for improvement.
