Along with social development and school environment changes, the university class has a trend of weak cohesion. Class cohesion and interpersonal relationship have a deep effect on mind and body development for university students. Thus enhancing class cohesion and facilitating interpersonal relationship is a requirement for university integrated development.the study based on the theory of class group guidance and class situation, hopes to develop a class group guidance intervention plan for university class cohesion and interpersonal relationships,provides a theory for the mental health work in higher university, and gives reference for the relative workers who give class group guidance f.The author based on the study on the class cohesion,interpersonal relationship and class group guidance, In the light of the cohesion and interpersonal relationship of 1 class in a university,a group counseling intervention was conducted for a period of 3 months:The class group guidance can improve organization identification, interpersonal harmony, management support, team achievements and collective involvement , thus improve class cohesion as a whole.The class group guidance can decrease problems on talking, friend making,interpersonal and opposite sex communication, thus facilitate the harmony development for interpersonal relationship in the class.The effect of the class group guidance is affected by different individual factors,such as involvement degree and character difference.The results of this study show that group counseling can effectively enhance the cohesion of the class and promote the interpersonal relationship among the members of the class.
