Informal group commonly exists in the middle school classes. It is the positive aim to transform classes into collectives since classes are formed. In this process, what influence do informal groups have on classes? What active guide and adjustment effects do classes have on informal groups' development and tendency? This thesis mainly studies and analyzes their relations from this aspect, so as to promote the harmonious development of individuals and collectives and promote the successful realization of students' individualization and socialization.This thesis first makes a concise analysis on the research reason and significance of this proposition. By applying multi-subject theories and theories on the construction of classes comprehensively, it defines some core concepts such as informal groups, class construction, class and analyzes the reason for the formation of informal groups in the middle school classes from different aspects. Then it points out that there is a inevitability for the existence of informal groups in the middle school classes.Next, the thesis makes a thorough research on the mutual influence between collectives and informal groups. The relations between informal groups and formal groups, among informal groups, between informal groups and their individuals affect the construction process of collectives. The main factors, that is, the aim, the organizational cores and criterions, can guide and adjust the informal groups. Besides, it analyzes the medi-function of activities and the teachers' functions in the process.Finally, it studies the tropism between them. 1) the groups in the class form the state of mutual tolerance, aid and improvement, consequently the composition of forces of the collective construction. 2) find the sources of informal groups in the classes and form the properties of collective construction.
