Peer relationship plays an important role in the development of students in regular classes.Good peer relationship can promote the personalized and social development of students in regular classes.At present,there are some problems in the peer relationship of regular class students,which make them at a disadvantage in the establishment of peer relationship.For example,ordinary students are not willing to accept special students,and they are prone to conflict behavior in the establishment of peer relationship.Based on this,this paper studies the peer relationship of regular class students.On the basis of existing related research,this article takes H school as an example,comprehensively uses social measurement,interview,and observation methods,from the perspectives of peer acceptance and friendship relationship,to the students in regular class.Companions,teachers,and parent guardians conducted interviews and observations,collected information from different perspectives,different feedback channels and different types of students in the class,and performed a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative description of the data.Try to explore the current situation and problems of the peer relationship of students in regular classes,and analyze the reasons,so as to try to put forward reasonable and feasible suggestions.After understanding and analyzing the status quo of peer acceptance and friendship of students in regular classes,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The acceptance of peers of students in regular classes is low,and the types of peer acceptance are rejected and ordinary.The acceptance of peers is not optimistic;2.The number of friends in regular classes is small,and the number of friends from each other is less,and most of them are extroverted one-way selection of friends;the quality of friendship is low,and the friendship relationship is weak.In response to the above problems,the following strategies and suggestions are proposed to promote the development of peer relationships among students in regular classes: 1.Schools should create a barrier-free campus environment,build resource classrooms,train resource teachers,and pay attention to cooperation with families;2.In the curriculum Teachers and students should be taken care of nearby,students in regular classes should learn cooperatively,and social training should be added to the curriculum;3.Teachers in regular classes should actively promote communication,mediate in the middle,and create a caring atmosphere;4.Parents can change their mentality and improve upbringing Ways;5.Ordinary students need to change their ideas,have empathy,and eliminate prejudice against special students;6.Special students need to improve their moral cultivation and improve problem behaviors. |
