This paper shows us the knowledge of rural society order in the procession of modernization, under the background of the nation new village construction, using the sociological theory and methodology, according to the investigation in village B and H of Gongcheng County, profiting from science research achievements of politics, economic, legal science, sociological, history as well as cultural anthropology, which serves three purposes. firstly, it demonstrates us the present rural society order content, as well as people's daily behavior affected by it; Secondly, comparing the past and the present of each kind of rural society order, it analyzes their details and the change reasons to get correct understanding of the rural society order development; thirdly, it reveals the unique and universal of new rural social order formation and development of Gongcheng County in representative of the western ethnic minority regions, and explores special significance and universal value of the western rural social order formation.On basis of investigation, the author found that there were many kinds of the rural society order in Gongcheng County GuangXi province, including the national order and the village endogenous order, covering the entire people's daily behavior of rural society. Through analysis of these kinds of order, it is not difficult for the author to find that the endogenous order and the national order take effect in the village colliding mutually together, which is also influenced by the productive forces level of social development which is Gongcheng ecological agriculture production; Presently, China is occupying the social transition period, the rural society order is adjusting significantly with the modernity factor's influence, a partial short-time rural society deviates from the norm becomes inevitably, some adjustments will also be needed in the process of new village construction.The result of investigation also shows that the rural social order in western has its unique local characteristics because of the characteristics of ethnic minority region, the formation, the content and the effect of new rural social order in Gongcheng have its characteristics, which formed the famous "three-dimensional developing model of Gongcheng". Till now, Gongcheng's new village construction has made a series of achievements and become the model new country construction, its outstanding performance characteristics is the ecological construction, ecological agricultural production of the new models which makes the formation of the rural social order, and has brought about a new rural ecological civilization, social civilization and political civilization, and has brought about a new social order that social organization system, structure and the continuity of social relations, balance, regularity and stability in the rural areas.In short, the new rural social order in the western region should realize the coordination development of natural, social and human, change the order of a single, closed, narrow in the past, and ensure a kind of open, stable, civilized order structure and develop the western ethnic minority areas characteristics of the new rural social order, which could achieve the well-being of local people, social stability, development and harmony.This paper divides into four major parts.
