A Study Of Social Order In Li Yuanpan Village

The rural order is an important dimension to observe the rural modernization construction.The rural social relations and social structure have shifted rapidly in the transition period,and the countryside is no longer regarded as a rural place endowed with cultural significance.Urbanization and marketization have led to the gradual marginalization of rural areas.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,which is a major opportunity for rural development in the new era,and the reconstruction of rural order is an urgent proposition for rural areas at present.From the perspective of legal anthropology,this paper draws lessons from the theories and methods of legal anthropology,through solid field investigation,makes a deep description of the social,economic and cultural development of Li Yuanpan Village,and analyzes various factors that interconnect the local order of Li Yuanpan Village with its social,political,economic and cultural.Firstly,this paper describes the natural environment and social life of the field,describes various customs and life rituals of Li village,and shows the special social,economic and cultural ecological types of Li village.Secondly,this paper summarizes the daily disputes in Li Village,especially points out that oil development is the cause of the disorder of order in Li village,and extends the survival logic of the folk law in Li village and its modern direction.Then,from the perspective of endogenous economic development and local culture,the paper discusses the social order of Li village,and focuses on the internal variables that affect the order of Li village.Finally,the paper explains the impact of the strong intervention of foreign economy on the rural order,and summarizes the reasons for the return of the social order of Li Village from ordering-disorder to ordering-order.This paper holds that:first,rural order has its own cultural logic,we should pay attention to the particularity of rural social politics,economy and culture in different regions,and re-understand the value of rural "local knowledge" in the construction of rural order;Second,the rural order in the transformation period must include economic factors into the analysis category.The dilemma of "market survival" and"local survival" facing the economic development of Li village is the key to the stable order of Li village.Thirdly,we should pay attention to the role of traditional culture in maintaining order.The ethical values of "human kindness" and "exchange" in traditional society and the community of folk intellectuals play an important role in the construction of rural order.From the perspective of methodology,this paper argues that:In order to describe the rural order deeply from the daily presentation of various facts,this paper digs deeply into various institutional and procedural facts affecting the rural order through the "case" research paradigm of legal anthropology.We can understand the deep cultural logic such as rural power structure,rural ethics,folk law,rural ritual system,relationship network culture,local and rural politics and their chimera with rural order.
