County Bully Forces On The Social Nature And Social Order In The Villages

multi-ethnic mixed northeastern Yunnan village, due to the association of village community, together with joint effect of the farmers and the value of mobile units, bully of the village has significantly impacted the rural social order. In this village, there are many true stories of the forces on the village bully, those stories highlight the current governance of the social infrastructure in rural China. The village is directly related to interpersonal relationships, the nature of village society, regional governance, governance system and social order in the village and other issues. The formal social relations of villages are largely decided by the country bullies. And thus constitutes a self-evident base of rural governance, rural policy implementation and operation of the legal system. In this multi-ethnic mixed northeastern Yunnan village, although national power still exists, it did not play a practical role most of the time. Meanwhile the rural social order is now being attached to the gray strength, and is governed by the gray forces. Because everyone understands the presence of gray, people in rural society change their behavior and logical manner accordingly.In this paper, through observation, depth interviews, objective statement methods and other methods are adopted to collect data. We take a multi-ethnic mixed Northeastern Yunnan Village for example, a comprehensive description of the impact of county bully on the social nature of the village regional governance, governance system and social order. According to the observing field research, we use access to records and on-site experience and the language statement of object to come to conclusions. Country bully of the complex factors exists and to analyze the relationship between these factors. Further exploration of impact of the village bully on social production and life, the village social order, social structure and culture are underway. Besides, we proposed ideas and suggestions to guide the future study.
