Social Relevancy And Village Order

The three dimensional rural issues are the primary issues of China. The stabilization of country matters China's reform, opening up, the process of modernization. We can say that without country's stabilization, there isn't the whole national stabilization. The condition of social order has reflected social stability on a certain degree. Under the drive of modernization, how do the peasants go along the interaction as the rural society's contacted subjects? What affection can their interaction produce to the rural society? Have solved this problem, we also have solved the problem of China's rural society's order. So we consider that, the obtainment of rural order relies on the condition of peasants' social relevancy. Of them, there are internal social relevancy and exterior social relevancy of the village.The village social relevancy is an important way which the village order obtains. When I am studying the social relevancy in Zhang village, Cao country of Shandong Province, I found that the social actions of grass roots, the rural economic organization, the government of town, the exterior social able person of village and the villagers has changed villagers' contact relations. It demonstrates independent and pluralistic in the relational establishment. The internal social relevancy of the village is the most foundational and the closest relevancy. Regardless of the political, economical social relevancy or cultural, the daily social relevancy, the interests and the resources are the crucial factors, this is a factor which they must consider first in affiliating with others; The exterior social relevancy of the village is the prolongation of the interior relevancy in the space, broking through the region and the blooding the relationship limit. Except the traditional contact with neighboring village, the interaction between village cadre and town cadre, it also appeared the new contact form——the contact with the social able person, which comes into being a main form because of the development of economy. Economic interest is the foundation that they contact each other. Coleman considers that the actor merely(indirectly with other people) establishes the relation through two kinds of relations and resources, in the other word, he could control resources and benefit from resources. The actor has only one principle when he takes action: he achieves his personal furthest interests. We consider that the villagers become more and more rational. The interest is the foundation when they relate. For their personal interests, they establish social relations rationally. The social relevancy shows its rational character. The social relevancy of the village has urged the establishment of social network and it affects the creation and development of rural order. Someone worries that, the rationalization of the rural social relevancy can bring the utility in the relations during the village. The pure-interest consideration could affect the rural order as well as the rural area's stability and advancement. We consider that, it doesn't inevitably cause the rural society to be unstable. Aiming at the present situation of rural society present, I propose some corresponding suggestions for establishing harmonious rural order in order to hold out the stability and advancement of the rural society. Firstly, we put the villagers' autonomy into effect authentically. The second point is, we organize some training classes to improve the peasants' level of science and culture. The third point is, we help the peasants strengthening the relation with the social able person in order to guide the economic development reasonably of the rural area. The fourth point is, we guide and protect the development of the village interior informal finance reasonably to draw the peasants from hot water in financing. Finally, we strengthen the reconstruction of the rural culture in order to rich the peasants' daily life. We believed that, taking these measures, we can maintain the rural harmonious order and promote the stability and advancement of the rural society.
