The first-class university needs not only the first-class teachers, but also the first-class managerial talent. The administrative personnel is the main body of the universities administration troop. The article elaborates related questions of the administrative personnel professionalization by the literature methodology, the theory analytic method and the comparison methodology, to provide reference and method for universities administration troop through the research on administrative personnel professionalization.The article is composed by three parts.The first part analyzes the necessity and significance of the universities administrative personnel professionalization. The universities administrative personnel professionalization is the inevitably choice for universities to the higher education internationalization development, is the objective request of universities management which in the mass higher education and in the universalization stage, is the inevitably request to deepen the internal management organizational reform in Chinese universities, it is also the objective request to solve the realistic questions in the administrative management troop. It has practical significance to realize the administrative personnel professionalization. It lay in that it meet a reqirement of the development of the higher education in China, realizing scientific management , providing the high-quality service for the society and undertaking universities independent and according to the law by government.The second part starts from the questions of profession and professionalization to analyze the universities administrative personnel professionalization connotation, it induces, summarizes and elaborates the quality and the ability which the universities administrative personnel professionalization should have, such as the political thinking, the occupational ethics, the scientific culture, the correlation profession, the bodily psychology, and the ability they should have, such as the coordinated communication, the direction decision-making, the execution control, the innovation work, the language expression and the writing synthesis, the ability of study and the research, etc. .The third part is the core content. It elaborates to realize the universities administrative personnel professionalization to have to follow the correct guiding ideology and the basic principle. And it discusses some measures that should be adopted, such as establishing perfective mechanism of selection, profession training, special salary system, inspection appraisal, study organization and so on.
