| Along with the economical development, there is a great need of professional people from the Secondary Vocational School. The way of entering school and enrollment have been changed so that a lot of difficulties appeared in the development process of the Secondary Vocational School. And the Student Management Work is faced with great test. The effect of student management influence the carrying out of the school education directly. And it has much to do with the school stability. In my paper, I investigate the general problems in the Student Management Work of the Secondary Vocational School as well as the solutions, which involves teaching management, student management, logistics management and so on.In this paper, I take Baotou Railway Engineering School a case. Firstly, I learn of the outstanding problems on students'thought, behavior, psychological by a questionnaire, based on which I seek the problems in the Student Management Work, such as, the management system, the methods, the details and so on by interview, observation, etc. And I analyze the reasons from four aspects: the understanding and attention, the education system, student management input, and the professional and part-time managers. Finally, connecting with the reality and learning from the workmates'experiences, I work out some related solutions to the Student Management Work of the Secondary Vocational School: to perfect school internal mechanism, to improve the level of management, to strengthen the inner construction of the student management, to intensify the teachers'cultivating function during the teaching, to form multiaspect education system.Through my study, I hope that it can help the Secondary Vocational School to change the managers'outdated education management ideas, to further perfect the education system, to provide the similar schools with some reference, thus to advance the Student Management Work of the Secondary Vocational School.
