As China has made great strides in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,after more than 40 years of reform and opening-up,it has gradually entered a deeper level.With the globalization of economy and the arrival of 4G era,countries all over the world have been promoted to improve the quality training of workers in order to cope with the competition of world powers in the future.In order to cope with the challenges of the future,China has proposed strategic concepts such as “The Belt and Road ” and “Made in China 2025”,which put forward higher requirements for the quality of first-line workers in our country.Secondary vocational schools are responsible for cultivating high-quality first-line technical workers and service personnel for the country,and the quality of education in secondary vocational schools is related to the development of the national economy.To improve the quality of secondary vocational schools,it is necessary to improve the students management level of secondary vocational schools,and to strengthen the reform of student management in secondary vocational schools.Without good management,there is no good quality of education,let alone transport qualified personnel for first-line construction posts in the country.The material wealth created by the reform and opening-up has greatly promoted the construction and development of secondary vocational schools.However,the highly developed economy and the general prosperity of people have brought many new problems to secondary vocational schools.The transformation of the social environment,the popularization of the Internet,and the transformation of the family structure have all had a great impact on the students of secondary vocational schools.In the face of the new situation and new challenges,the student management model of the secondary vocational schools,which has been formed for a long time,is not well adapted to the rapidly changing situation,and there are weak links and blind areas.How to strengthen the education and management of secondary vocational school students to ensure the realization of training objectives and adapt to the development of the times is a major topic for the students management workers.As the research object of this paper,Shijiazhuang Equipment Manufacturing School is a key vocational school directly under the Municipal Bureau of Education,which is located in the capital of Hebei province.It has strong teaching staff and good teaching quality.The comprehensive school scale and quality of personnel training are among the best in North China,which represents the highest level of vocational education in the region.The school faces the enrollment of the whole province,and the source of students covers large cities,counties,and rural areas.Over the years,the school has sent a large number of skilled personnel for the social and economic construction,and effectively has promoted the prosperity and development of the economy in the region.Therefore,taking the school as the object of investigation,this paper investigates the present situation of student management in secondary vocational schools,and then tries to explore the problems in the process of student management in secondary vocational schools,and truly puts forward effective suggestions for improvement.Based on the relevant literature,this study aims at the present situation of student management to investigate the teachers and students of Shijiazhuang Equipment Manufacturing School and interview the school leaders with the present situation of student management.Through the comprehensive investigation results and analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the student management,such as lagging management concept,rigid management system,limited management methods,single management mode,a heavy-duty and undermotivated management team.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of the secondary vocational school students at present,this paper studies and explores the new mode of student management in secondary vocational schools from the transformation of student management concept,optimization of student management organizational structure,optimization of student management system,improvement of student management team construction level,and enhancement of student management effectiveness,etc.This paper aims to set up a people-oriented,timely and advanced management concept,and straighten out the organizational structure of school student management,then form a management system,change the student management into a all-staff educational management mode that integrates education,management,service and care,so that students can identify with the school management strategy,consciously accept the school management concept,realize self-education,self-management and all-round development of themselves.Continuously this paper studies at improving the construction level of student management team,forming an institutionalized and standardized training and incentive mechanism,mobilizing the enthusiasm of the student management team,and promoting the healthy development of the student management team.Meanwhile taking measures from all aspects of software and hardware,the school can improve the rules and regulations,strengthen construction,and ensure the effectiveness of student management with action.So that the educational thought and educational idea of the school can really infiltrate every student and promote the all-round development of the students,so as to achieve the educational goal of the secondary vocational school and transport the firstline builder with good vocational quality and excellent professional skills for the construction of the country.
