The medium vacational secular school has the responsibility of the management of students to carry out the ideological ,political and moral education in school factional department .It's good work will promote the school teaching and management of significant progress. However ,along with the new situation of vacational education,the secular work faces new problems and challenges from students themselves ,their families,society and school within the education .Author takes extensive and in-depth investigation and analysis for the causes of the ideological problem through various channels .The Hohhot secondary vocational school is the national model high school, many problems in secondary vocational schools still exist in other vocational schools in varying degrees. Therefore, expose problems existing in Hohhot secondery vocational schools, research the causes and find the right solutions to the problem, which is an important inspiration to the similar schools . Pursuing a master's degree in education, I have learned to handle reflections to the application of the theory with my many years of work experiences in the secular, from the establishment of vocational schools in line with the actual content of moral education goals .The article takes the exploration and research to following areas :Identified in line with the actual content and moral goals ;Establish the moral concepts ;Mobilize the whole society to develop moral education ;Develop the matic,diversified,multi-forms of moral education activities in close connection with the characteristics of students ; Enhance teacher professional team building changing the concept of evaluating students; Establish students'overal quality evaluation mehanism in a wide range.
