Existing Problems Of Current Student Cadres Cultivation At Higher Vocational Colleges And Its Solutions

As a significant part of our country’s education system, higher vocational colleges play a crucial role in skills cultivation for students. Since student cadre serve as a special part in students groups, the qualities cultivation for them is not only related to launch and durability of daily education and management activities, but also shall influence the whole school spirit and style of study. Under this context, this thesis shall discuss qualities cultivation of higher vocational college student cadre at a certain extent, expecting to raise academic circle’s further attention on this topic.With the starting point of sorting the meaning of higher vocational college student cadre, qualities and other nouns, cultivation cultivation of higher vocational college student cadre’s qualities have the following four functions at different level.First, it is beneficial to develop student cadre’s comprehensive capability, to strengthen ideological and political education of university students, to increase whole qualities of higher vocational students, to create a harmonious campus environment.Secondly, the qualities discussing in this thesis include fine political, ideological and moral quality, good scientific and cultural quality, healthy psychological quality and outstanding ability quality. Thirdly, this thesis shall investigate and analyze current student cadre’s qualities condition, then summarize basic advantages of them. More importantly, this thesis shall summarize the key problems of the student cadre’s qualities, which are serious utilitarianism thoughts, unsatisfactory study results,relatively weak work ability, lack of innovation consciousness these four ones.Without doubt, this thesis goes further from the surface phenomenon to discuss the existing reason to the aforementioned problems, which mainly includes the student cadre’s own contradiction, school’s cultivation misplacement for students and the causes from society and families. While for the solutions for these problems, this thesis provide three paths at different level. First, striving efforts of Higher vocational colleges to cultivate student cadres as a cultivating party. Next, construct reasonable mechanism of qualities cultivation. Last but not least, create favorable family and social atmosphere for qualities cultivation of students cadre.
