A Research On The Causes And Solutions Of The Problems In Internship Of Secondary Vocational Schools

Internship is an important aspect of the secondary vocational education. Otherwise, there are still many problems due to poorly motivated receiving enterprise, inadequate off-school practice bases, weakening education function and lack of the right of the students. As a result, the government has established many related policies for it to provide an operational legal basis for Standardizing the School-Enterprise cooperation and protecting the Lawful Rights and Interests of the students. However, the relevant policies cannot be put into effect and many problems are still exist, which need to be researched for the most efficient solution.This thesis focuses on the problem on the internship of the secondary vocational students, taking one of the Zhangjiagang vocational school as an example, carries out an investigation, tries to offer an analysis of different aspects, such as the government, the enterprises, the schools and the students, and look into the problem from multiple points of view so as to find out the solution, which have significance both in theory and practice.This article first discusses our secondary vocational education development present situation, introduces foreign vocational education mode and the national characteristics of the vocational education, as well as the domestic research field. Then, this paper put forward problems of research contents, the research methods and ideas and meaning.Secondly, this article defines internship of the secondary vocational students and analyses the meaning of it. The concerning conception include the definition of Secondary vocational education, the task and object of secondary vocational education and the connotation of it.This article then takes one of the secondary vocational school as sample to conduct a survey in the form of questionnaire. Some enterprises in Zhangjiagang and some students who take part in the internship program in 2007 were involved. In addition, through interviewing some relevant personage of the education department and the Supervisors who are responsible for internship in the rest of the secondary vocational schools in Zhangjiagang, and organizing the profiles of the students in the last three years, the article collects the and rationally analyzes the data to summarizes the problems.In the fourth part, the article analyzes the cause of the problems of internship of the secondary vocational students in the levels of enterprises, schools and government.The fifth part mainly focuses on the solutions of these problems, and tries to discover the strategy of solving these problems according to three aspects, which are enterprises, schools and government.Finally, gets some conclusions and respects.
