Researching On The Role Of Value-guidance To Socialization

Socialization is an interaction process, which has decided by the establishment of human's value. The establishment of human's value is also at the core of socialization. In this paper, I entered into the role of social value-guidance to socialization. The text is divided into four parts.The first part referred to the essential and functions of socialization. The essence of the socialization is to enable individuals within the community of values, change them from the individual and natural person into one of the community. Socialization accomplishes the course of cultural succeeding, the development of society and forming of individual personality.The second part referred to the Role of value-guidance to Socialization. This part analyzed the value-guidance's mechanism, process and substance. From the value goals, value standard, value criterion, value-guidance effects to concrete the role of value-guidance to socialization. It introduced the reality of value-orientation's diversification and unified value-guidance.Part three refer to the relation of social value-guidance and the all-round development of people. It analyzed the perspective of human development by building the socialist core value system. The traditional socialist value guidance exist two shortages, which are the country's highest state and the tools rational thought. Instead of that, the core value system is in line with the human comprehensive development requirements, the establishment of a dominant position. On this basis, construct the core value system by the process of community.Part four concluded that the correct value guidance has great significance to the community-oriented members. On the basis of accumulated into the deep psychological structure and beliefs, as a people to value judgment and choice, established values and the pursuit of the paradigm and set the individual to become what kind of person, what kind of a society The community has a decisive role.
