Technology, which can improve man' s disadvantage, is one style of man' s existence because of the intimate relationship between man's existence, development and technology. The discovery and the quick development of network-technology have been gradually changing people' s lives. As the delegate of network, Internet has become the important application for information circulation in modern society as it offers a new environment for people to know and master the world, changes the traditional way of social information circulation both in time and space , varies group structure and social communication in its special way as well as arouses influences on the process of socialization. Network helps the diffusion of the mass culture, which enforces the education of individual socialization; provides citizens for easier communication in larger space , which makes individual socialization unprecedentedly extend and develop; offers perfect place for people's role-playing. However, the socialization that network-technology brings to people are not completely positive; the value-loaded of network-technology would cause the conflict between people' s values, criterion of conduct ; the change of the rule and regulation of social communication would mix the man-machine relationship and interpersonal relationship; the clash between virtuality and reality would result in people' s inside confusion; the "invisibility" of network would make people lose their social abilities, etc. In order to avoid the negative influences on individual socialization , the methods like the combination of social control of network and auto regulation of online behaviors should be applied.
