The official research on non-intelligence factors began in the 80's of last century, but generally only stressed on the affects upon the study aspects of the elementary and middle school students, how to raise the vocational students' non-intelligence qualities is still a problem worth discussion and research within the education circle, for quite a few students, they lack the experience of success and the identification from the society, school and family, therefore, their interest on academic studies, the incentive to success, their willpower and mentality are still a headache.As a vocational school which produce qualified inter-mediate level vocational school graduates to the society, we have to give a deep concern and investigation to the fostering target and personality development of the students, otherwise, there would be great troubles in these students' career development and moral integrity.Through theoretical analysis on non-intelligence factors, this article explores the poor situation and the cause of non-intelligence factors of the vocational school students today, and thus illustrates the relationship between non-intelligence factors and moral education. Finally, it points out that we should fully display the function of moral education among vocational school students via lecturing, transformation, adjustment, incentive and target setting, so as to realize the fully development and fostering of these students, and make them a new generation which is promising, enterprising, and adaptable to the modern society.
