Nowadays, the non-intelligence factors are paid more and more attentions in the circle of Education. However, most of the studies are directed mainly at students of Han Nationality, so there are fewer the cross-culture studies between the students of minority nationality and those of Han nationality, what's more, there is hardly a cross-culture study between Hui and Han students. And till now there is no any relevant studies about the non-intelligence factors and the Biology scores of middle school students. Is there any relevance between non-intelligence factors and Biology scores? Can non-intelligence factors have some effects on the students' Biology scores? If it can, how about the degree? If the effects have the same degree in students of different nationalities? And how about the mechanism?In this thesis, the author, using methods of document analysis as well as the statistical investigation, has a close study of the relevance between the non-intelligence factors and the Biology scores of students between Hui and Han nationalities, applying the self-made The Investigation Paper of Non-intelligence Factor for Middle School Student and other intelligence test papers on middle school students, based on the non-intelligence factors, intelligent level tests and investigations of 640 middle school students ( among whom Han and Hui nationalities are half-and-half) in Lin Xia Hui autonomous District. And the result shows that: 1 There is great difference in the aspects of non-intelligence factors and Biology scores, while however on the other side, there is no significant difference in intelligence factors between the Hui and Han students in Lin Xia. 2 There is close relevance between non-intelligence factors and Biology scores of the middle school students in Lin Xia, which appears the national difference. The relevance of non-intelligence factors and the Biology scores of Hui students is more significant than that of Han students. 3 In Lin Xia, the direct interests of the students on the biological substance (the individual of animals and plants, specimens and models), the biological experiments, the new and interesting things in the text books are due to the fact that the students' interests on Biology are in the primary level (only having interests with Biology). And there is little relevance with the scores.
