The middle school students should have high qualities in the present increasingly-Keen -competition Society in the 21st century.AS a high quality person,he/she should own the non-intelligence factor besides his/her normal intelligence.It's the core of the quality education for us to develop the student's non -intelligence factor.Beginning with the theory of the non-intelligence factor, this article highlights the necessity of developing the non-intelligence factor of the students, the function of the non-intelligence in chemical teaching, the principle or the way to develop the non-intelligence and the choosing or applying of teaching model, it also discusses the evaluation to the non-intelligence factor of the students in chemical teaching, At last, it draws the concerned conclusions and reveals the existing problem.
