In recent years, the country rapid development of the real estate market, real estate investment overheating, some of the cities rapid increases in housing price, affordable housing residents outstanding. Housing price as the current issue of greatest concern to urban residents, need to be resolved. On the other hand, with China's urbanization process accelerating, the characteristics of the urban population began to change. The core mode of population growth is becoming from natural population growth to mechanism population growth. Population growth is one of the important factors for the development of the real estate market, especially for the population migration.To study the interaction between big city population migration and housing price becomes the current practice of urgent needs. It use Population Migration, Real Estate Economic Theory to research the interaction between population migration and housing price, analyze the migration effect on housing price and it's mechanism, discuss housing price's effect on migration. And on this basis, it gives some measures and proposals related to the promotion of the healthy development of real estate market.First, the introduction to this paper concludes related concepts and theoretical content. It explains the purpose of this study, and the research and application of the basic concepts and theories based on the elaboration and recalled.Secondly, the third and fourth chapter builds a theoretical analysis framework interaction between population migration and housing price, by distinguishing between external migration and internal migration types. From two angles, migration right to housing price and the impact of housing price on the population migration, Analysis and study of migration on housing price and the impact of housing price on the mechanism of population migration of mechanisms are explored.Again, the fifth chapter, taking Nanjing City as am example, carries on am empirical Analysis. It analyzes interaction between population migration and house market firstly. Then, it improves empirical testing and analysis of the interaction between external and internal migration and housing price.Finally, based on the contents and main conclusions summarized, Chapter VI of this paper addresses relevant theoretical and empirical analysis of the conclusions relevant recommendations. At the same time, it forecasts the direction about the interdisciplinary research of this paper.
