Whether does the teacher adapt the new curriculum reform, is the key whether the new curriculum reform succeeds.But in the new turn of elementary education curriculum reform, the teacher is set a higher request. How to adapt and carry out the teaching reform to the new curriculum effectively is the initial problem that each teacher faces in the elementary and middle schools.And this is a kind of new attempt and challenge to teachers who teach with Mongolian language in the elementary and middle schools, simultaneously it is a good chance to the teacher self- promotion.I have investigated the teaching compatibility of teachers to new curriculum with some methods which includes questionnaire survey, the interview and on-the-spot investigation in parts of Mongolian junior middle schools and the elementary schools.The goal is to understand teacher's compatibility in field research who have participated in the new curriculum reform, and to inquire the effect factors. At the same time, I give some suggestions,which provides certain theory and the practice basis for the implement of elementary education and new curriculum in my area.The result of investigation showed that the aggregate level of teaching compatibility of teachers, who teaches with Mongolian language in the elementary and middle schools,to new curriculum is not high. Moreover, the compatibility of the teacher who comes from the villages and towns (sumu) is relatively lower than the city teachers'. The factor that affect teaching compatibility of teachers is possibly to be divided into intrinsic and external aspects, in which intrinsic factor includes: teachers'traditional education idea has not be transformated very well; teachers'knowledge structure is obsolete, and teaching ability can't follow the request of the new curriculum; teachers are lack of the consciousness and ability to develop curriculum; teachers'overall quality couldn't achieve the request of new curriculum, the maladjustment of educational level and virtual level and so on.The external factor includes: the training way of the new curriculum is unreasonable, the training content lacks pertinency and manipulation; the appraised mechanism to the new curriculum is lacking; the content of the teaching material is not accordent with the Mongolian student's reality, with"the urbanized orientation"and"the mainstream national culture orientation"; the curriculum resources is lacking, especially the villages and towns (sumu), moreover, the development and use of the potential curriculum resources isn't reasonable, lacking the understanding of the curriculum resources and development ability and so on.In view of above findings, I give some suggestions: strengthening training of the new curriculum to teachers, enhancing the understanding to training of the new curriculum to teachers, correctituding the manner, and nailing down the goal; changing the training way, enhancing the effectiveness and pertinency of the training content, developing school-based training, and enhancing the training to trainers; perfecting the appraised system of teachers; enhanceing the understanding of the curriculum resources and development ability, and using reasonably the existed curriculum resources; adjusting the curriculum content, showing care for students'fact in the countryside and pasturing area, and conformiting the curriculum resources including national minority culture, tradition and custom; strengthening the teachers'education; enlarging the educational investment to the countryside-villages and towns (sumu).
