Through its'machine-made superiority and the good development opportunity, this kind of colleges is urged to develop amazingly quickly, only used 9 years to develop 318.Guangxi is not inferior, start to set up an experiment community college in 2001, only used 4 years to develop 9. These colleges are playing an important role of satisfying the people to the higher education demand, the anxiety of alleviation higher education funds, speeding up aspects and higher education popularity advance.These colleges'appearance and the development can meet the social economy development needs in the full affirmation, further satisfy the populace to the higher educational demand and make aspects higher educational popularity of the tremendous contribution. At the same time, there are many problems in them. Such as these colleges"are incompletely independent; the funds are anxious; the localization is fuzzy; the property right is not clear; specialized establishments are unreasonable and so on''.If these problems cannot be obtained the very good solution, the development of colleges will receive the restriction on inevitably difficulty with the health and the order of development. This article tries to analyze the present situation, the educational expenditure situation, the education cost and the benefit of Guangxi community colleges and try to discuss the problems should be solved, the channel of raising funds and the development in the further and start with the change of cost idea, establishing and consummating the management system, enhancement legislative work and the promotion legal system of propaganda, enlarging government's support and then will make every effort to find a coherence way of the solution of the cost share for the Guangxi's community colleges to provide some opinions and suggestions for the healthy development of community colleges. It obtains the common problems of the educational cost share which appears in the developing process of the community colleges'developments in different regions of China.The third chapter: It obtains that it is not clear who shares the cost, the owner is unique, it is not reasonable in the structure of educational cost share and it is not flawless in the system of the educational cost share by the analysis and research of the present situations of development of Chinese community colleges especially by the present situations of Guangxi's community colleges.The fourth chapter: Mainly through the research and the analysis on the educational cost share,it obtains that the main reasons of the educational cost share of community colleges are: the university superintendents understand not enough for their front public products and the benefit; the law and the system of the educational cost share in the community colleges are lacked seriously; the local economy are backward, the society invests seriously insufficiently; the community colleges share the cost excessively lowly; The community colleges'expense is excessively high, the economy of the general families can not bear it.The fifth chapter :It proposes the countermeasures to alleviate the educational cost share of the community colleges on the basis of several parts of foundations. It suggests to enlarge the support dynamics; enhance the constructions on the investment system and the legal laws and regulations; establish the reasonable charge system and the compensation as the guidance; create the income from own services'consciousness, raise to use the cost efficiency on the foundations of the front parts.
