| Under the background of the new epoch, the require of the specialized level for teachers has gradually improved,the growth of the type of the expert teachers got more attention and recognition increasingly. Especially"Self Renewal"of the professional development of the teachers was put forward by Ye Lan,so the teachers aquire more concepts of education to guide their teaching practice,direct own teaching practice and improve own professional level .From this we can see"develop on one's own"is the necessary way for the expert teacher to grow. However, the expert teachers'characteristic were studied much more in the passing study,the summary of the expert teachers in their own growth was studied much less. So, the paper will place the title of the study on the analysis of the expert for their own development process, through the explanation of its qualities, it will help to summerize the rules of the growth of the expert teachers systemastically,in order to promote the improvement of education .This study will adopt the study of quality increasingle used in this society, through the analysis of individuality of a middle school chinese teacher in Grade One in chang chun, make a conclusion that the characteristic of expert teachers'development on one's is to use the practice knowledge with flexibility; be filled with the teaching confidence;be a real scholar--action study ,reflect diligently , attach more attention to the creativity to teaching . This paper embodys two study clues. The first one is the study description of the teacher, through the lecture and visit, describing how the teacher has been from general teacher to expert teacher and the key role of the development on one's own in the process of his growth. Learning how the teacher find the problem, make clearly the problem and solve the problem, know their characteristic. The second study clue is through the study summary of Wang Xian, and we get the conclusion about the feature of the expert teachers development on their own in the process.This research mainly divides into four parts:The first part is an introduction, briefly summarys the selected topic original intention and significance and research clue and main method.The second part focuses on the question of the study gradually, mainly includes the expert teacher's outline, the expert teacher's development phase and the expert teacher and the novice teacher's difference.Through collecting data about listening record , visit, paper, reflection diary of the designated research object, and so on. using the quality research method,the third part summarizes and analyzes the characteristic which the expert teacher develops independently, namely four characteristics:flexly utilizing practice knowledge; being filled with teaching isself-confident intensely; Becoming the motion researcher; industrious reconsidering.Mainly through the quality of research about WangXian,the fourth part draws the conclusion ,namely the intrinsic power of promoting the teacher independently develops inculuding the changing knowledge idea, the promoting teaching self-confident, the implementating motion research, carring on reconsidering. |
