As we know, physics is the most difficult among all subjects in middle school. Because of poor and difficult physics, quite a lot of students study the arts instead of the science. In order to change this situation, many physics teacher are always doing research. As a means of reforming physics teaching the application of teaching the history of physical science in physics teaching in high school is being paid more and more attention by teachers of physics. In the purpose of accelerating this practice, this paper expounds the importance of teaching the history of physical science in the physics teaching in high school. Meanwhile the writer points out the existing problems on this matter in class by analyzing the present situation in high-school physics teaching. Aimed at these problems, the writer researches the following sub-topics in this paper: 1. principles we need to follow; 2, three methods to induct the history of physical science into physics teaching in high school---penetration in class, class participation of students independently, lecture son special topics, and expounds three different procedures to take them into practice with some practical examples.Although, there are many problems in teaching practice, in view of helping students' life-long education, the teaching of history of physical science high school must be enforced. Well, different teachers have different teaching methods; the author hopes the application of the combination of the two can take a part in the physics teaching.
