Self-regulated learning is the most important subject in nowadays education research, and also a study method promoted extremely around the world. Cultivating students to have a habit of self-regulated learning is not the task of each educator should consider, but also the key route for student future development. On the basis of self-regulated learning academic, the training pattern of target setting combining with perceive strategy is discussed in this paper. The teaching method of self-regulated learning had been used on the course of biology study for senior students in grade two of Lanzhou No.21 Middle for nearly one year since August in 2005. The results were quite different. Experiment class was adopted traditional teaching method combining with the self-regulated learning and control class only adopted traditional teaching method. The main content of the self-regulated learning were target setting and perceive strategy. Through compare, investigation and statistics analysis, the final results were showed as below:â‘ Through training of target setting combining with perceive strategy, the exam results of students were improved obviously;â‘¡Through training of target setting combining with perceive strategy, student ability of self-regulated learning was enhanced greatly;â‘¢The training of target setting combining with perceive strategy can increase student's creative consciousness and creative capability effectively.
