A Study On Learning Style During Rural-Urban Migrants Returning To The Countryside To Start Up Their Business

After the 1992 Dengxiaoping's Nanxun speech, the large-scale rural surplus laborers transferred to the city, known as the "tide of rural-urban migrants" . Some migrants are returning to their hometowns to start up their own businesses, which means they as rural surplus laborers realize to transfer. Not only that ,but they can help other rural surplus laborers and laid-off employees.This paper takes "adult education" as the basic theory and makes "come back to the abundant adult life world, and go into the ample adult spiritual homestead" as the basic creed and logical start point. This paper aims to show learning style during rural -urban migrants starting up their business by their self-employed cases and analyzes influential factors.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:The first chapter points out the genesis, background and significance of the research.The second chapter is the definition of interrelated concepts, including rural -urban migrant, return to the countryside to start up business, learning style.The third chapter is about research plan. This chapter explains the qualitative research method, the case study, the access provider, and the collection of data. Then, the paper reflects on the validity and generalization questions, etc.The fourth chapter is literature summarization. On the basis of document and data summed up this section analyses the main achievements and subsistent deficiency of this research field.The chapters from fifth to seventh are the showing of learning styles during rural -urban migrants starting up their business. Every kind of learning style is divided into some types, which reaches a total of 10. The corresponding interview data or document data followed to every type of learning style.The eighth chapter is learning style analysis. To conclude the character of different learning style firstly, furthermore analyze the influential factors.The ninth chapter is research results and retrospection.Research results:Learning styles during rural -urban migrants starting up their business are very colorful and different, but lack of being invaluated.Many factors influent the learning styles.The education to rural -urban migrants should be brought into life-long education system.
