80years into the20th century, the rapid development of information-technology under the premise of business on the social and economic development, the contribution of technological progress and employment has become more apparent. Entrepreneurship is becoming students of education and economics, management science is a hot research problem. Although the students in our education, business and entrepreneurship research still in its infancy, but the role of students and potential entrepreneurs have begun to be recognized by the academic and social.Based on the pioneering case study of college students show college students learning styles, analysis of morphological characteristics of case studies, the use of higher education theory, theory of entrepreneurship education, learning theory and the theory of John Dewey’s learning from doing to start learning styles of college students. Reflects the theoretical value of education and economics students and trying to reveal the total of successful entrepreneurs entrepreneurial learning styles, explore the constraints common factors of success and college students, college students venture to improve the success rate for the constructive suggestions.This paper consists of five chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, mainly from the research significance, at Home and Abroad, research programs and concepts defined in the four aspects. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this study, college students trying to start learning styles of higher education theory, learning theory and Dewey students doing educational theory as a theoretical basis for analysis and study of college students start learning styles. Chapter III survey of college students learning styles, this article presents a total of three kinds of learning styles, imitation, exploration, reflection mixed, success stories and failures through case studies to show patterns and the analysis of morphological characteristics. Chapter IV is to learn form of factor analysis, the main factors from the endogenous and exogenous factors analysis. Chapter V Conclusions and recommendations, through the students business case analysis presented in this paper, the presentation of conclusions and recommendations.The results show that college students venture diverse and different learning styles, the entrepreneurial process of learning form the context of study and work mostly spontaneously, in the form of entrepreneurial learning process is affected by many factors constraints. Students need to entrepreneurship education and university education itself has a reasonable convergence, this is a problem needs more experts and scholars to study them.
