Encouraging and supporting vocational college students to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship can not only help them find employment smoothly and alleviate social pressure,but also guide them to serve so ciety while realizing personal value,accelerate the pace of promoting agricultural and rural modernization,and assist in achieving comprehensive rural revitalization.This article takes the willingness of vocational college students to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship as the research object,and mainly conducts research and analysis on the following aspects:(1)Collecting and organizing research results on returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship at home and abroad,focusing on the research results of vocational college students,and obtaining primary indicators that affect their willingness to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.(2)Based on relevant concepts and theoretical foundations,a survey questionnaire on the in fluencing factors of vocational college students’ willingness to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship was designed through research methods such as literature review and face-to-face interviews.A survey and statistical analysis were conducted on the willingness of students from typical vocational colleges in Shandong Province to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,and secondary indicators affecting their willingness to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship were obtained.(3)Establish a logistic model and use SPSS software to analyze the survey data to identify the main factors affecting students’ willingness to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.(4)According to the survey,some countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed to promote the return of vocational college students to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.This study aims to analyze the influencing factors of vocational college students’ willingness to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.Among them,the personal basic information survey includes basic information such as gender,professional type,degree of love for home,expectations for future work,and willingness to return home and start a business;The basic information of the family mainly includes the area where the family is located,the income level of the family,and the attitude of the family towards their return to their hometown for entrepreneurship;The social support section mainly includes government propaganda efforts,social security efforts,infrastructure and its supporting level,and development space for returning home;School factors include the implementation and evaluation of entrepreneurship education in schools.Through research,it has been found that individuals ’ expectations for future work,their level of love for their hometown,the impact of their income after graduation on the entire family,their attitudes towards returning to their hometown for entrepreneurship,their entrepreneurial experiences,emotional support from family and friends,their annual income,encouragement and support from various sectors of society for returning to their hometown for entrepreneurship,their understanding of favorable policies in their hometown,government support,and the formulated policies for returning to their hometown for entrepreneurship The future development space of returning home for entrepreneurship,the level of infrastructure and supporting facilities in their hometown,the courses offered or relevant entrepren eurial guidance and consultation provided by schools,and the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in their schools will all have a significant impact on whether students are willing to return home for entrepreneurship.Finally,base d on previous domestic and international research results and the conclusions of this article,a series of relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of students themselves,the government,universities,society,families,etc.,in order to promote the goal of more vocational college students returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.
