Research On The Action Logic Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers Returning Home To Start Their Own Businesses

With the promotion of the new urbanization and rural revitalization strategy,the contemporary Chinese migrant workers,as an important special group of social development,are an important force to revitalize the countryside,but also the actual needs of talent construction,more and more migrant workers actively participate in the "doorstep" entrepreneurial labor.As a secondary phenomenon involving multiple interactions such as personal choice,family events,collective action and social development,as a way to bring new economic growth points,the return of entrepreneurship has received much attention from the political,academic and news media circles,and should be placed under the framework of a unique social structure and examined in combination with the subjective initiative of entrepreneurs.This paper takes the entrepreneurial actions of the new generation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns as the research object,selects 20 entrepreneurs of the new generation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns as the investigation objects for interviews,focuses on the structural theory perspective to explain the action logic of the new generation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start businesses,and considers how they use the rules and resources in the social structure to conduct two-way dynamic interaction and promote entrepreneurial actions.In order to create a better environment,guide and encourage more talents to return home to start businesses.First of all,grasp the social basis that encourages the new generation of migrant workers to return home and start businesses,and analyze which rules and resources in society and the superimposed influence of subject cognition generate the choice of returning home and starting businesses according to data.Secondly,it considers the practice process of the new generation of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses,and discusses how the entrepreneurial subjects exert their own initiative in the use of social rules and resources.Finally,explore the positive and negative effects of returning home to start a business,and then trigger the path of consolidating the success of returning home to start a business,optimizing the reproduction of the social system,and better understand the two-way interactive relationship between returning home to start a business and the formation of society.Through the research,this paper finds that the new generation of migrant workers’ return to the hometown entrepreneurial action is restricted and mobilized by the rules and resources in the social structure and internal initiative.When the new generation of migrant workers carry out active cognition and thinking in the social living environment,the idea of returning home to start their own business with capital,technology and contacts is promoted,and they can actively take advantage of the advantageous conditions in the subsequent practical actions to overcome the constraints and promote the realization of entrepreneurial goals.Finally,with their respective efforts,the policy system has been gradually improved,people’s development conditions and living standards have achieved a "jump",and the rural economy has also been upgraded from a "blood transfusion type" to a "hematopoietic endogenous" development model.In general,the future prosperity of "doorstep" entrepreneurship needs to be strengthened from the construction of institutions,collaborative participation and personal capital promotion,and cultivate more regular and resource-based elements.This will be conducive to the success of returning home to start businesses,and also help shape the construction of a positive two-way interaction between the new generation of migrant workers and society,improve the employment rate of labor and sustainable utilization of resources,stimulate the vitality of rural economic operation,and promote rural revitalization and development.
