Research On College Students’ Willingness To Return Home And Start Business In Hebei Province

Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship in China is rising.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy,which is stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurial vitality of rural areas,strengthen the team construction of practical talents in rural areas,and promote the upgrading,progress and development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.At this stage,the brain drain problem in rural areas of China is extremely serious.Therefore,the state has issued a series of support policies to encourage and support returning home for innovation and entrepreneurship,guide and encourage all kinds of talents to reverse flow to rural areas,develop and expand the rural talent team,and alleviate the problem of extreme shortage of talents in rural areas.Under the dual effects of strong innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere and national preferential support policies,college students have ushered in the development opportunities and favorable environment for returning home and entrepreneurship.However,the lack of entrepreneurial knowledge and experience accumulation of college students,the inaccurate positioning of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities,the "fragmentation" of return entrepreneurship support policies and the poor rural entrepreneurship environment lead to the general lack of self-confidence and weak subjective will of college students as the main body of return entrepreneurship.Therefore,how to enhance college students’ willingness to return home and promote the development of returning home and entrepreneurship is an urgent problem to be solved.Taking college students in Hebei Province as the research object,this paper investigates the current situation of college students’ willingness to return home to start a business,understands the current situation and problems of College Students’ willingness to return home to start a business,systematically analyzes the factors affecting their willingness to return home to start a business,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance college students’ willingness to return home to start business.The prosperity of rural culture provides strong talent support.Based on the questionnaire survey of 330 college students in Hebei Province,some college students were selected to conduct face-to-face interviews on their specific views on returning home to start business.It was found that there were differences in the willingness of college students to return home to start business,and most of them were not firm.Based on the above survey results and the planned behavior theory and entrepreneurship theory,this paper systematically analyzes the specific influencing factors,including the insufficient ability of college students to return home and start business,the insufficient cultivation,the insufficient policy support,and the social disapproval.Based on the push-pull theory,this paper puts forward countermeasures from four aspects:college students should cultivate the will quality and values of returning home entrepreneurship,cooperate with the innovation and entrepreneurship training courses of colleges and universities,the guidance and support of returning home entrepreneurship policies and a good social supporting environment for returning home entrepreneurship,in order to improve the willingness of college students to return home entrepreneurship in Hebei Province.
